You will need to send us a $200 deposit to reserve the dates you desire. This deposit will be refunded back to you after your departure and after we confirm that the house has been returned back to its original condition.

*If you need cleaning service, please make arrangements ahead of time (cleaning fee is $120) so you don’t have to pack and clean on your last day.

We are happy to have you bring along pets, but we do require a $30/pet fee. Please let us know, so we can accommodate.
